By left open all the contentions that the document in question as forged one to raise for if objecting to its marking as to proof, relevancy and admissibility and any want of registration even to decide instantaneously, there is nothing to interfere with the order of the lower Court in receiving the application and to proceed with the matter.

Having regard to the above, the revision is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
