HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN Writ Petition No.29685 of 2010 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioners. Sri A.Rama Rao, Learned Standing Counsel for APSRTC, would submit that, in an identical case, this Court had, by order in W.P.No.28391 of 2010 dated 14.11.2016, disposed of the Writ Petition in terms of the earlier interim order passed by this Court; and, in the present case also, this Court, by order in WPMP No.37833 of 2010 dated 29.11.2010, had directed the respondents to receive and process the applications of the petitioners, and extend them relaxation of age limit, to an extent of four years, for the post of Mechanics in case they had undergone apprenticeship training with the APSRTC.

In the light of the Order passed in W.P.No.28391 of 2010 dated 14.11.2016, this Writ Petition is also be disposed of in terms of the earlier interim order. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
