Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. She has placed a counter-affidavit on record stating that on 09.06.2015, son and son-in-law of the petitioner were apprehended in connection with Crime No.152 of 2015. She further submits that after their arrest, they have been released on bail. That seems to be the reason why, no advocate is coming forward to workout this petition. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss this Writ Petition for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
