When the matter has come up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner. It is seen that earlier i.e., on 6.08.2015 the matter was directed to be posted on 07.08.2015 under the caption "for dismissal" and on 07.08.2015 at the request of learned counsel for petitioner, the matter was deleted from the caption "for dismissal" and posted for hearing. Even then there is no representation on behalf of petitioner.
