Since the issue involved in both these Arbitration Applications is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order.

Heard Sri V.Srinivas, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents in both the Arbitration Applications.

Sri Resu Mahender Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents on instructions, submits that the respondent has no objection in allowing these applications.

In view of the same, both these Arbitration Applications are allowed nominating Hon'ble Sri Justice B.Seshasayana Reddy, former Judge of this Court, as an arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes between the parties. It is open for both the parties to raise contentions before the arbitrator.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Arbitration Application, shall stand disposed of.
