(Respondents in-do-) Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the Petition, the High Court may be pleased to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.2049/2020 in Cr.No.225/2019 on the file of the Yellandu Police Station Bhadradi -Kotegudam Dist, dt: 20/04/2020 by enabling the petitioner to surrender before the Station House Officer, Yellandu Police Station Bhadradi - Kothagudam Dist., pending disposal of CRLP No.2049 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

CRLP NO: 2049 OF 2O2O Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the Petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner/A.3 in connection with Crime No.225 of 2019 of P.S. Yellandu, Bhadradri Kothagudem District in the event of his arrest. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and the order of the High Court dated 20.04.2020 made Crl.P. and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.V.Hanumantha Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following

ORDER

This is an application to extend the time granted by this Court in the order dated 2O,O4,2O2O in the Criminal Petition No.2049 of 2020 for compliance of the said order.

Sri M,V. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that due to present COVID-19 Pandemic situation, the petitioner has not surrendered before the Station House Officer, Yellandu Police Station, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in compliance of the above order, and, therefore, he sought two weeks time to comply with the said order. Considering the above aspect having satisfied with the reasons shown in the application, the application is allowed granting two weeks time to the petitioner - accused No.3, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, to surrender before the concerned Station House Officer in compliance of the order of this Court dated 2O.O4,2O2O in Criminal Petition No.2049 of 2O2O.
