THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL PETITION No.3066 of 2012 ORDER:- Heard both the sides.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 to quash F.I.R.No.116 of 2012 on the file of the Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad District.

The Public Prosecutor in this case informed the Court that most of the investigation in this case has been completed and the Investigating Officer yet to file the charge sheet. In view of the submissions of Public Prosecutor, Alwal police, Cyberabad District is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file charge sheet into the Court within a period of three (3) months.

With this observation, the Criminal Petition is closed and both the petitioners are directed to cooperate with the Investigating Officer of Alwal Police Station, Cyberabad District. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
