HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.28856 OF 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel for respondents Corporation submits that the application made by the petitioner for construction of the compound wall has been rejected on 25.07.2016 itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any communication from the respondents Corporation. In those circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent authorities to communicate the copy of the rejection order said to have been made to the petitioner within a period of seven days from today.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
