THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY Civil Revision Petition No.3563 of 2016 Dated 05th August, 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition arises out of order, dated 02.06.2016, in E.A.No.06 of 2016 in E.P.No.16 of 2015 in O.P.No.193 of 2007, on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court-cum-V Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam.

At the hearing, Sri Venkateswarlu Sanisetty, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the Civil Miscellaneous Petition in which an order was passed by this Court which was made basis for passing of the order under revision was disposed of by this Court by an order

passed on 04.08.2016 under which the petitioners are given liberty to file a fresh execution petition if the respondent fails to comply with the interim order of this Court.

In view of this later event, the cause in this civil revision petition does not survive for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the CRP, CRP.MP.No.4578 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
