This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.424 of 2016 from the file of the XV Additional District Judge-cum-Additional Family Court, Miyapur, and transfer the same to the file of the Additional Family Court, Amalapuram. Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the trial Court allowed F.C.O.P.No.424 of 2016 on 14.04.2018. No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 08.10.2018. Today also, no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
