THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT APPEAL No.414 OF 2015 JUDGMENT: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed aggrieved by the order, dated 15.04.2014, passed in W.P.No.21524 of 2013, which was disposed of along with W.P.No.20657 of 2013 and batch. When the matter is called, it is submitted that the subject matter of this appeal is squarely covered by a common judgment rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.749 of 2014 and batch, dated 26.09.2014, and a copy of the said judgment is placed on record.

A perusal of the judgment, dated 26.09.2014, discloses that against the common order, dated 15.04.2014, passed in W.P.No.20657 of 2013 and batch, aforesaid batch of cases are filed and this Court by judgment, dated 26.09.2014, allowed the appeals filed by the managements by setting aside the order of the learned single Judge.

Therefore, as the subject matter of this appeal is squarely covered by the earlier judgment, dated 26.09.2014, in W.A.No.749 of 2014 and batch, following the aforesaid judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, this appeal is also allowed by setting aside the impugned order, dated 15.04.2014.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Appeal shall stand closed. No costs.
