Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the applications dated 06/08/2016 and representations dated 13/10/2016, 24/10/2016, 25/10/2016 respectively of the petitioners and not surveying and not rectifying the revenue records of the lands of Sy.No.390/1, 390/2, 390/3 (Old Survey No.314), of Kapula Uppada Village, Bheemipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as illegal, arbitrary, void, against principles of natural justice."

The case of the petitioners is that as petitioners 1 and 2 served in Indian Army and as the 3rd petitioner is a widow and landless poor person, the Government allotted land to an extent of Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.390/1 (old Sy.No.314), Ac.4.50 cents in Sy.No.390/2 (old Sy.No.314) and Ac.1.00 cents in Sy.No.390/3 (old Sy.No.314) situated in Kapula Uppada Village, Bheemipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, in favour of petitioners 1 to 3 respectively and they were also issued D-Form Pattas. It is said that the petitioners came to know that the old Sy.No.314 of Kapula Uppada Village, Bheemipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District was revised as Sy.No.390 with sub-divisions and about Ac.100.00 cents was allotted to various Government Department. There was lot of

CPK,J WP_37671_2016 confusion with regard to Sy.No.390, which as originally allotted to the petitioners by making sub-divisions as Sy.Nos.390/1, 390/2 and 390/3. It is urged that in spite of making several representations by the petitioners, the respondents are not acting on the same.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representations made by the petitioners through AP Online, in accordance with law.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he has no objection for the same provided the said representations are still pending. 6.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the representations made by the petitioners on 06.08.2016, through AP Online, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _______________________ JUSTI CE C.
