THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22806 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in deleting the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.0.50 cents in survey No.263/2 of Rayapudi Village, Thulluru Mandal, Guntur District, from 1-B Register and Adangal.

Since there is a prescribed procedure under the provisions of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, with regard to correction of entries in the revenue records, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to avail such remedy in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
