THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION NO.23766 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not disposing of the applications made by the petitioners seeking regularization of their plots bearing Nos.65, 66 and 148, 149/P, 152/P, 153, 150, 151, 87, 10 and 79 in Sy.Nos.13, 13/P and 583/P situated at Pakalakunta of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court in similar circumstances disposed of W.P.No.19171 of 2012 on 10.10.2013. This Court in the aforesaid order directed the respondents to dispose of the applications for regularisation in respect of Sy.No.13/P of Pakalakunta of Alwal Village, Malkajgiri Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. In the present writ petition, the petitioners are seeking regularisation of different plots of the very same Village.

For the reasons alike, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the petitioners' applications for regularisation in accordance with law, take a decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioners, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
