HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.30100 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following prayer: "... to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring that the acts, deeds and things of the Respondents in not referring the Petitioner's case to the Corporate Medical Board of the Respondents company is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of case and in the interest of justice, otherwise I shall be put to great hardship"

2. Sri J. Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that the General Manager, Ramagundam, is the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner, but not respondent No.1, to whom the petitioner has made the representation. He further submits that unless the representation is made to the competent authority, no action can be taken.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to make necessary representation before the competent authority.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the competent authority and on

filing such representation, the competent authority shall dispose of the same in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the respondentCompany.
