I.A.No.2 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to modify and relax the condition No.6 (i) of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.3158 of 2026, which reads as under:

" i. The petitioner/A.2 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class(Excise), Rangareddy-cum-V-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow and due to financial circumstances she is not in a position execute the said bond and the sureties, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. Having regard to the above submissions condition No.6(i) of the order dated 18.03.2026 passed in Crl.P.No.3158 of 2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class(Excise), Rangareddy-cum-V-Additional Junior Civil Judge, Rangareddy District at L.B. Nagar and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
