Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri M. Madhava Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 5 to 8. 2.

Compromise Petition in I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed evidencing resolution of inter se dispute between the petitioner and respondents 5 to 8. Petitioner and respondents 5 to 8 are present. They are identified by learned counsel appearing for the parties. They have also stated that the issue is resolved amicably and the Writ Petition can be disposed of in terms of the compromise entered into.

The compromise petition is taken on record and in terms thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
