I.A.No.2 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to allow the relax the condition No.6 (i) and (ii) of the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No.3152 of 2026 which reads as under:

" i. The petitioner/A.2 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/-, (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trail of Cases under Prohibition and Excise Act-Cum-V-Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a widow and due to financial circumstances she is not in a position execute the said bond and the sureties, therefore, he prayed the Court to relax the said condition. Having regard to the above submissions condition No.6(i) of the order dated 30.03.2026 passed in I.A.No.1 of 2026 in Crl.P.No.3152 of 2026, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trail of Cases under Prohibition and Excise Act-Cum-V-Additional Junior Civil Judge at Khammam and the other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.
