Again there is no representation for the appellants despite the fact that earlier, on 05.02.2018, the matter was deleted from the caption 'for dismissal', having listed it under the said caption. In such an event, there is no need to once again list the present matter under the caption "for dismissal"

Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
