OFFICE NOTE 24.08.2023 KS,J I.A.No.4 of 2023 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and respondent No.2 compromised the matter in S.C.No.619 of 2022 of Habeeb Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad pending on the file of X Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad and this Court was pleased to quash the same on 31.03.2023 and directed the petitioners to pay an amount of Rs. Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad and the petitioners have paid the said amount on 12.04.2023 and submitted the receipt to that effect.

Further, submitted that in the order copy instead of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only) it is mentioned as Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) and prayed to rectify the same. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only), which is directed to be paid to Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad is hereby corrected as Rs. Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand only). The Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the order.
