THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.293 OF 2017 ORDER:

This transfer civil miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, seeking to withdraw F.C.O.P. No.17 of 2017 from the file of Family Court, Nellore and transfer the same to the Family Court, at Tenali, Guntur District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to file fresh petition if so advised. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
