Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the son of the petitioner came to be arrested on 21-07-2015 in connection with Crime No. 71 of 2015 of Vedulapalli Police Station, Guntur, and today he has been produced before the concerned Magistrate and the learned Magistrate has remanded him to judicial custody.

In view of the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
