HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON No.5289 of 2018 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Sri R.Siva Sai Swaroop, learned counsel for the petitioners, would state that the challenge in this writ petition to the e-auction notice dated 12.01.2018 is rendered infructuous by virtue of the fact that the Bank of India filed a counter stating that the said e-auction sale notice came to naught for want of bidders on the date of e-auction sale.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
