This revision, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/defendant No.1 aggrieved by the order dated 26.06.2015 passed in I.A.No.608 of 2015 in O.S.No.63 of 2015 by the Special Judge for Trial of offences under SC/ST (PoA) Act-cumV Additional District Judge, Medak at Sanga Reddy. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the record.

The material placed on record reveals that though I.A.No.608 of 2015 in O.S.No.63 of 2015 was filed in the year 2015, it underwent several adjournments. At one point of time, the orders were reserved. However, till date, it is not disposed of. It is also relevant to state that an order of status quo was passed on 26.06.2015 directing both parties to maintain status quo until further orders. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that counter was filed by the revision petitioner on 13.11.2015.

The record establishes that the Court below without there being any reason, has been adjourning the matter from time to time, which is not appreciable. Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of the aforementioned I.A. within 30 days from the date of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs.
