This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/'accused seeking to quash the C.C-No.S9 of 2Ol7 on the frle of learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, L.B.Nagar, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-4. of Indian Penal Code, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor by furnishing a copy of e-courts proceedings would submit that the calendar case is disposed of before the competent criminal Court in view of compromise. Therefore, cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive and he seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.
