HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.1167 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.7420 of 2017, wherein this Court granted liberty to the petitioner to file application in Form VI A of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and also directed the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of the said application, in accordance with law.

When the matter is listed today, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced Endorsement No.B/391/2017, dated 03.06.2017 issued by the Tahasildar, Huzurnagar Mandal, wherein it is stated that in pursuance to the orders dated 17.03.2017 passed by this Court the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order dated 17.03.2017 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Endorsement No.B/391/2017, dated 03.06.2017. No order as to costs.
