THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2427 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition, under Article of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the inaction of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, in disposal of F.C.O.P. No.818 of 2013, on the ground that on account of delay, it is difficult for the revision petitioner to bear expenses for prosecuting the proceedings and roaming around the Courts. But, it is difficult task for any Judge to decide all matters pending before him.

However, the revision petitioner is permitted to make requisition before the Judge, Family Court, for expeditious disposal and on making such request, the Judge, Family Court, is requested to consider the same in accordance with law without giving undue preference to any case and pass appropriate orders in the F.C.O.P.

Accordingly, the revision petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition, shall stand closed.
