This writ petition is filed by the petitioner with a prayer to issue an appropriate writ or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner with effect from 01.01.2001 though he completed more than 441 days of service as on 31.12.2000 as arbitrary, unjust and in violation of Articles 14,16 & 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioner's services with effect from 01.01.2001 as was done in the cases of M.S.Chander, Driver E.No.800872, M.Shankaraiah, Driver-E.No.800781, Md.Jaleel Khan, DriverNo.800817 and D.S.Rao, Driver-No.800872, along with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and fair play.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.13610 of 2003, dated 11.07.2003 the services of the petitioner were regularised. Recording the same the writ petition is disposed of. If the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is open for him to avail appropriate remedy. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
