THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.15425 OF 2002 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed questioning the Award, dated 17.11.2001, passed in O.P.No.188 of 2001 by the Lok Adalat Bench at Nagarkurnool.

This Court, by order, dated 19.09.2002, while admitting the Writ Petition, rejected the interim relief sought for by the petitioner. Though the matter is listed under the caption 'Specially Identified Cases' in the first page and though it is an old case of the year 2002, there is no representation for the petitioner when the matter is called.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed. No costs.
