HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8051 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in resorting to supply the palm nuts to other buyers on lesser rate than that was offered to the petitioner company. It is the case of the petitioner that he is purchasing the rawmaterial from the respondents-Corporation and as and when the petitioner required the supply of raw-material, he is entitled to approach the respondents and they would consider the supply of the same as per the market rate as prevailing as on the date subject to the commercial terms between the parties. In that view of the matter, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the respondentsCorporation as and when he requires the raw-material and subject to availability of the raw-material and subject to the condition of the petitioner paying the requisite amounts, the respondents-Corporation shall supply the same to the petitioner.

Subject to the above observations, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
