This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in interfering with his business in white jaggery, colour jaggery and alam, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere with the business of the petitioner in any manner and not to seize the stock and the vehicles. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought by the petitioner herein.
