P Narasimha Murthy v. The State Of A.P
SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITION No.1913 OF 2018 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused No.4, in FIR No.14 of 2018 of II Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State, and perused the record.
3.
The allegations against the petitioner are as grave as against the other accused. He was the person bringing people to A1, who collected huge amounts on the pretext of sending the victims to Australia, and later they did not comply with the said promise.
4.
Considering the nature of allegations, this Court opines that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5.
Therefore, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
However, police shall follow Section 41 of Cr.P.C. before arresting the petitioner.
6.
Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
