The prayer is against inaction in disposing of representation dated 22.02.2013 made by petitioner to 1st and 2nd respondents for establishing B.Ed College in Kandulapuram, Cumbum Mandal, Prakasam District, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel appearing for petitioner and respondents submit that in the year 2014, new regulations have come into force. The petitioner is required to apply afresh under the new regulations. Therefore, request the Court to dispose of the writ petition by granting liberty to petitioner to make application under new regulations.

The statement is accepted and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. As and when application is made by the petitioner, the same may be considered expeditiously by the respondents. No order as to costs.
