When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he submitted a letter dated 25-7-2017 to the registry seeking to post this matter to today for withdrawal and hence, he sought permission of this court to withdraw this Second Appeal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
