This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 07-08-2009 in Crl.M.P.No.246 of 2008 in M.C.No.416 of 2008 on the file of the learned Family Judge, Rangareddy District at LB Nagar.

02. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioner and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

03. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

04. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
