The present writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring that the acts of State its authorities 1n registration of FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous
