SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.1923 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for extension of time for surrender, which was granted by this Court till tomorrow i.e., 24.02.2018, by virtue of the orders in Crl.P.No.1214 of 2018, dated 06.02.2018.

The counsel for the petitioner, now, submits that the petitioner has to undergo bypass surgery day after tomorrow i.e., on 25.02.2018. Hence, he seeks two more months time for surrender.

Hence, considering the above, this petition is allowed and two more months time for surrender was granted to the petitioner from 24.02.2018.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
