THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.133 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC seeking to withdraw O.P.No.1160 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad and transfer the same to the Court of IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law.
