PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) The petitioner, in the instant Habeas Corpus writ petition, seeks production of Manupati Israel, s/o. Premaiah and Manupati Madhava Rao, s/o. Israel alleging that they are illegally detained by the respondents. Sri C.S. Surya Prakash, learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that those persons are arrested in connection with Crime No.58 of 2015 by Karamchedu Police Station, Guntur District, for the alleged offences under Sections 458 and 380 of IPC and presently they are in judicial custody. In view of the statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the writ petition and seeks liberty to the petitioner to adopt appropriate remedy for their release. Writ petition is disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. _________________________ DILIP B.
