THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P. No.9540 of 2022 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the petitioner addressed a letter dated 23.02.2022 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition as the petitioner is intending to avail alternative remedy before the appropriate Forum available is civil Court.

Today, when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission from this Court to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission is accorded and this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available under law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
