THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15584 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the highhanded action of respondent No.4 in interfering with the personal life of the petitioner and harassing the petitioner with a threat to implicate him in false cases.

Since this case is a case of alleged highhanded action of respondent No.4, liberty is given to the petitioner to submit a representation to the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Police, who shall take action immediately after receipt of the written representation of the petitioner.
