THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10513 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging registration of FIR No.25 of 2017, dated 18.01.2017, by the fourth respondent. This Court carefully perused the complaint lodged by the complainant and a reading of the same discloses a prima facie case for registration of the crime. It appears that two groups of people are involved in the incident and one group belongs to Scheduled Caste community, whereas the other group people are not the Scheduled Caste people. Since a prima facie case exists, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is needless to observe that the second respondent shall follow due process of law while investigating the case.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 24.03.2017 vs
