THE HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE G. RADHA RANI SECOND APPEAL No.761 of 2017 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the appellants-defendants against the judgment dated 09.07.2014 passed in A.S. No.43 of 2013 by the learned II VIII Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, whereby the judgment and decree dated 18.09.2013 passed in O.S. No.31 of 2008 by the learned Senior Principal Judge, Jagityal, was confirmed.

2. On 05.01.2023 as there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted to 08.02.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.02.2023, there was no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. Therefore, the matter was directed to be posted to 24.02.2023 for hearing finally. Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing finally, there is no representation by the learned counsel for the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not evincing any interest to prosecute the matter.
