Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.543 of 2021 of Panjagutta Police Station, Hyderabad, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition.

Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

The Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Criminal Petition in case the cause survives.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
