HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.329 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.138 of 2014 from Family Court, Guntur and transfer the same to Family Court, Secunderabad for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Petitioner herein is wife and she filed her affidavit in support of the petition, according to which, her marriage was solemnized on 23.10.2009 at Guntur and it is a love marriage. She further stated that due to harassment she was constrained to stay with her parent's house at Secunderabad and respondent/ husband filed F.C.O.P. for divorce in Guntur Court and that she has no relatives at Guntur to give shelter to her and it is difficult for her to attend Guntur for each and every adjournment. She further stated that she has no male assistant to escort her to Guntur from Secunderabad and for these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P from Guntur to Secunderabad. 3.

Respondent refused to receive notice as per postal acknowledgement.

4. Heard arguments.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, F.C.O.P.No.138 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, Guntur and transferred to Family Court, Secunderabad for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
