No. 589 of 2017 O R D E R:- The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the order dated 11.08.2016 in W.P.No. 24107 of 2016 passed by this Court has been complied with and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the above, the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
