HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.V.SESHA SAI W .P.No.5 3 1 4 of 2 0 1 8 ORDER: - When the matter is taken up, written instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kolimigundla Police Station, dated 19.02.2018, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The said instructions, to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, read as under: - "It is respectfully submitted that the respondent No.4 never asked the petitioner to stop the quarry operations and never called the petitioner to the police station nor threatened him to stop the quarry operation and to vacate the quarry land.

It is respectfully submitted that it is true that the petitioner sent a legal notice to the SubInspector of Police, Kolimigundla on 03.02.2018, requesting him not to interfere into peaceful possession of petitioners schedule property.

It is respectfully submitted that the respondent No.4 never interfered into the schedule property of the petitioner and never called him to the police station."

On noticing the same, it is requested by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner to place the above instructions on record and dispose of the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by placing on record the said instructions furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kolimigundla Police Station, Kurnool District, dated
