Heard counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

The petitioner relies upon assignment of an extent of 0.01 3⁄4 cents in Plot No.12 of Survey Nos.155/ 4 and 156/ 3 of Gummiluru Village, Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District. The petitioner on 03.03.2017 made a representation for verification of actual enjoyment and for doing needful. The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that respondents 1 to 3 are not interfering and the writ petition as filed is not maintainable. On the other allegation of occupation of assigned land by respondents 4 and 5, she submits that it is a matter of enquiry and same will be undertaken in accordance with law expeditiously by 3rd respondent.

The statement is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of. The petitioner is given liberty to submit the copy of this order along with earlier representation to respondent No.3 for appropriate decision in this behalf after issuing notice to respondents 4 and 5 by 3rd respondent.
