Heard Mr. Ravi Kiran Rao for petitioner and Mr.Narender Reddy, learned standing counsel, for respondent No.4 The photographs showing the removal of obstruction of drainage by respondent No.6 are placed on record. The cause in the writ petition is substantially adverted to. The prayer is not pressed, however, liberty is sought to bring to the notice of 4th and 5th respondents the other deviations in the construction of 6th respondent for necessary action at their end. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
