HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No. 1950 OF 2014 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging non implementation of the orders of this Court in W P No. 19607 of 2014 dated 15.7.2014. This Court by order dated 15.7.2014 directed completion of the enquiry within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. It was further directed that for any reasons which are not attributable to the petitioner, if there is delay in conducting enquiry, second respondent therein shall review the order of suspension dated 5.2.2014.

Today when the matter is taken up, learned Assistant Government Pleader produced copy of letter No. G1/151/2014 dated 10.3.2015 whereby, suspension of petitioner was revoked.
